Once upon a time, there lived a boy who became a man. There were things about being a man that he liked. He liked when he felt strong, like he was a virile Wolf. He liked when he could have fun with women, like they were his prey, like they were Rabbits. It was all really fun. Everybody had so much fun!
But another part of being a man was getting married and settling down. "I want to try this," he said. "It seems like what I'm supposed to do, I guess."
And then his new wife wanted to have a happy family. "Okay," he said. "Like right now?"
She got pregnant, and he felt like he was doing the right thing. She was a beautiful wife, he had to admit. She was very beautiful. Truly beautiful. And he thought that having a kid would be good. He thought it would be fun to have a little mini version of himself. But, still... So many changes. He missed something...
He missed that hunt. Being that big bad Wolf.
Rabbits on the street had a smell to him. It was a good smell. He would turn his head to smell their shampoo. And why not? It seemed natural.
But his wife, whose career made her tired at night time, could not relate.
He tried to communicate. He said, "Did you understand me?" And then he would add, "Did you really understand me?" He was trying. He was trying really hard. But his beautiful wife did not understand about being that Wolf.
He felt trapped and became a worse husband. He stopped putting his wife first. He thought if he could let the Wolf free once in a while then maybe it would help him be better.
He started thinking strange thoughts. Wolves, rabbits, and menstrual blood were common. When no one was looking, he'd bare his teeth and snarl to the air. He wanted to be a good husband, but the Wolf, the Wolf, how to feed the Wolf while still being a good husband?
What would the boy who became a man do? To find out, play the game below.
