I’m ~95% sure this person read this and said something about it in a Goodreads review of the book (“you are a little bit happier than i am”) that “February” is in. I just looked and couldn’t find it. I remember she seemed to not have a positive or neutral reaction, and gave the book 1 or 2 or maybe 3 stars.

"Lately i have been assuming that dried fruit has more cal..." (Mira Gonzalez – This Friday I Woke Up At 2PM) | accepted

if it’s the same exact fruit, except dried, it seems like it would be the same amount of calories

but it would be smaller, via less water, so in terms of size and weight maybe it would be less calories per [amount of weight]

but if you dried a grape into a raisin, it seems like the calories can’t escape, unless calories can evaporate or unless some get eaten by…bacteria (?)
