Naoya was born in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan on October 30th, 2002, and is a membeer of the group MAZZEL.
Prior to auditioning for, and eventually joining his current group, Kida was previously a trainee for EBiDAN and was a member of their trainee unit BATTLE BOYS.
