Rumble in the Jungle was the famous 1974 boxing match between Muhammad Ali and George Foreman in Kinshasa, Zaire (now Democratic Republic of the Congo).

Rozay owns the rap game (it’s his jungle) and will knock out anyone who tries to run through it. Rick Ross was featured on The Game’s “Ali Bomaye,” where the 1974 fight was also used as a metaphor for the rap arena.

This is like her verse in “Sweet Dreams” when she says:

Freddy Krueger, I’m a rap bitch nightmare

It means she’s going to get revenge, just like Freddy did in A Nightmare on Elm Street when he killed the teenagers in their sleep. The whole Freddy mythology can be an extended metaphor for how Nicki wants to get rid of her competition.
