She starts the song channeling her hatred towards the guy who wouldn’t date her. She wishes he would kill himself and adds insult to injury by trying to emasculate him.
Katy mentions the stereotypical gay guy garb, the H&M scarf, suggesting that the way he dresses and expresses himself is indicative of his sexuality.
It’s not just some superficial teasing. Intent on humiliating and marginalizing this boy, she points out ways in which he’s seen as deviant and nonconforming to traditional masculinities. He gets off to Mozart instead of watching porn like all the other men. The fact that classical music is considered prim and antiquated (especially in the context of Katy Perry’s pop music) makes the scene more pathetic.
It also becomes clear that the first line is referring to autoerotic asphyxiation – masturbating while choking oneself with a belt or scarf to increase pleasure. We’re barely into the first verse and this boy is already viciously relegated to the fringes.

In football, when someone is in the “end-zone,” he just just scored. So Nicki is saying right now she’s in the end-zone; she’s winning. Note that there are football games for the Nintendo console.
What Nicki says in this line also sounds like N-Zone, as in Nintendo Zone. It’s a service where, at places like Starbucks or McDonalds, you can download games, videos, and other features. Essentially, Nicki is Nintendo (a company everyone knows and is winning) and she is everywhere (like the N-Zone).

Russell Simmons is one of the four big rap and hip-hop moguls, being the third richest of them. Unlike other moguls, though, he has little to no experience as an artist himself. He is also Nicki’s Queens compatriot.
Nicki Minaj is “on” her Russell Simmons, meaning she is on his game, playing with the same level of success and entrepreneurship. She’s winning!
