Tha Book goes:

A girl called Charlotte, who, not long after starting at a boarding school, finds that she has mysteriously travelled back more than forty years. The teachers and other students call her “Clare”, the girl in whose shoes Charlotte finds herself. Charlotte and Clare mysteriously exchange places each night, each one alternating between the years 1918 and Charlotte’s time. The girls must find out how to live each other’s lives without being discovered.

Robert Smith croons:

sometimes I dream
where all the other people dance
sometimes I dream
charlotte sometimes
sometimes I dream
the sounds all stay the same
sometimes I’m dreaming
there are so many different names

While the escapist and magical qualities Yeats assigned to Innisfree were fictional, Innisfree is a real, small, uninhabited island in Lough Gill, Ireland that Yeats visited in his childhood.
