This sentence started with a question and the syntax is all wrong. Rephrase this whole thing.

You should also define “us.”

Instead of “The Government,” you may want to say something like “The elite few who wield major power on a global scale” – the Government is an incompetent entity that is constantly changing and you haven’t defined which government you’re talking about. However, it is true that there is a small group of wealthy people with a lot of clout who can influence laws etc.

“Another” is a poor way to transition between paragraphs. Also, “really” not “rally.”

And even with those corrections this sentence makes no sense:

Another problem would be the lack of information that the public is really allowed to know.

You mean to say something like:

The typical human lacks the freedom to acquire knowledge deemed “classified.”
