Trouble was released in October 26, 2000, a couple of months after the release of their debut album Parachutes.
This song reached number 10 on the UK singles chart, making it almost as succesful as it’s predessecor, “Yellow”.

The B-side to this single is a re-recorded version of the song “Brothers and Sisters”.
