If such a debt falls into the hands of the Crown, it will take nothing except the principal sum specified in the bond
This is a little dig on the Jews (as graciously explained in the first part of this clause), where the Crown is incentivizing taking out loans from the Catholic monarchy as opposed to the Jewish lenders. Loans from the Crown will not have interest on them, nor will any additional funds be taken out from he who owes the money.
