Such order from confusion sprung,
Such gaudy tulips raised from dung.

from Jonathan Swift – The Lady's Dressing Room on Rap Genius

Meaning

This expresses shock or delight that a woman can emerge perfectly prepared from such a dressing room. The two lines are parallel, creating an analogy: order = tulips and confusion = dung. Within this parallelism there is even more funky mixing of opposites, since the words “confusion sprung” go noun-verb but “raised from dung” goes verb-noun. Basically, Swift is a dastardly, damnably clever bastard and lets us know this at every level.
